Preparation of a working cleaning solution in working tanks (on the inner ring) or in circulation mode through the washing facility;
Sequential supply of washing liquid with its circulation in the washing circuit for a specified time (followed by the return of washing solutions to the appropriate working tanks or discharge into the drainage); heating of the solution to a set temperature in the working tank (using heating elements);
Guidance (manually) of the required concentration of working solutions in the working tank with concentration control by volumetric method;
Chemical disinfection of the washing facility in the circulation mode according to the following scheme: cold water supply to the circulation circuit (from the shop communications), manual guidance of the working disinfectant solution, circulation of the desolution through the SIP-return pump and the washing pump;
Cold and hot water supply (with recharge) of water for rinsing during a specified time for spillage (followed by discharge into the drainage) from shop communications;
Note: the concentration of the cleaning solution is controlled in a laboratory way
