- The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the requirements for food production. The outer surface is additionally subjected to cold abrasive treatment;
- Paddle kneading shafts of special design provide high intensity and uniformity of mixing;
- Mechanical drive of the hopper lid and unloading window;
- The design of the agitator provides sensors for the presence of technological capacity, lid closure and the position of the stage;
- There is a special intermediate chamber separating the food zone (raw material zone) from the engine compartment zone. The chamber eliminates the ingress of moisture and raw materials from the food zone into the motor zone;
- The safety of work on the mincemeat mixer is achieved by blocking the rotation of the kneading shafts when the lid of the kneading chamber is open, the step is lowered or there is no container in the unloading area;
- A special plug is provided for draining the remaining liquid from the kneading chamber;
- On the remote control there is a graphical operator panel and an emergency stop button, as well as backup buttons necessary for operation in case of failure of the graphical operator panel;
- The control system of the mincemeat mixer is based on a programmable logic controller, which allows using the operator panel to set various technological parameters of mixing;
- Smooth control of the speed, direction of rotation of the kneading shafts, and mixing time allows for careful mixing of raw materials;
- There is a possibility of mixing the product in both manual and automatic mode according to pre-compiled programs
