The FZ-V series mincemeat mixer is designed for fast, gentle and high-quality mixing of various food products (minced meat, spices, shish kebab, cottage cheese, salads, etc.), and is also optimal for mixing fillings into sausage stuffing and for liquid products at food industry enterprises

The vacuum design allows mixing of raw materials in an airless environment, which reduces the level of microbiological contamination and increases the shelf life of the product. This approach makes it possible to achieve a more intense and uniform maturation of raw materials, and the product gets a long-lasting and pronounced color, homogeneous and rich taste
