Roller shutters are an alternative to a belt conveyor, used to reduce the cost of conveyor equipment. The design of the roller is a frame with rollers placed on it, along which the load moves

They are mainly used for intra-production transportation of goods pre-packed in boxes/crates or stacked on pallets

*It is possible to manufacture similar equipment that meets the performance and needs stated in the TOR by the customer

Drive - the movement is organized by the drive element;
Irreducible or gravitational - the load moves due to its weight;
Straight or rotary – the combination of sections allows you to change the trajectory of the product

Depending on the characteristics of the transported goods, areas and purposes of application, roller shutters can be equipped with additional devices: bumpers, guides, removable sides, electronic tracking sensors

The frame of the equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production. The outer surface of the metal is subjected to additional cold abrasive treatment;
High performance — the rotating roller on the axis due to the bearing is able to develop high speed;
Low energy supply costs — non-drive roller shutters have no sources of energy consumption, and drive roller shutters have low energy dependence;
Reliability and durability — the absence of complex elements in the design allow the roller to have a long period of operation without breakdowns;
Easy to operate — The presence of special skills when using roller shutters is not required, and each employee will be able to use it for its intended purpose;
