Screw (screw) conveyor is designed for the movement of bulk and pasty materials in the food industry

The use of a screw conveyor in technological lines can significantly improve the quality of products, minimize the mutual influence of atmospheric air and the transported product

The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production. The outer surface of the metal is subjected to additional cold abrasive treatment;
The conveyor is the following system: the product prepared for processing is fed into a hopper, from where it is quickly fed by a horizontal screw to a vertical one and then enters the discharge hole. The torque of the augers is reported by the electric motor through a worm gear. Ideal in case of saving production space;
The high quality of the screw processing and the minimum gap between it and the housing ensure high system performance;
Bearing/connecting assemblies are fully protected from contact with the transported product;
Type of transportation of raw materials pulling or pushing;
There is a system of protection against unforeseen situations, emergency shutdown

Equipping the conveyor with reverse mode;
Equipping the conveyor with frequency converters;
Equipping the conveyor with wheels with a locking mechanism, which provides it with mobility and makes it possible to move the conveyor from one section to another;
If it is necessary to heat or cool the incoming product, the housing of the single-screw conveyor can be equipped with a special jacket, and the shaft and screw are made complete to supply them with a coolant or cooling brine
