Work description

The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production. The outer surface is additionally subjected to cold abrasive treatment;
Lifting of the bag is carried out by means of a double gear motor with an electric drive;
The unloading height is regulated by end contactless inductive switches

The bag with bulk material, previously freed from the sewing threads in the upper part, is installed on the tray and hooks on the edges;

When the "LIFT" button is pressed, the electric motor turns on. The gear motor transmits the torque to the tray through the shaft. At the same time, there is a turn at the set angle, emptying the bag with bulk material;

When the "LOWERING" button is pressed, the tray returns to the lowest position. The installation of the tray in the extreme positions is ensured by the operation of inductive sensors. The engine power is turned off at the same time
