The MG series module is installed as a disinfection barrier on the border between the "Clean" and "Dirty" zone of the production enterprise and is used for the treatment of the hands and soles of the shoes of personnel

  • The housing of the module is made of n/AISI 304. The bath of the portals for hand treatment is made of AISI 316 stainless steel. The outer surface of the metal is subjected to additional cold abrasive treatment;
  • Effective hand disinfection: 2 nozzles per hand (fine spray). The disinfectant dispenser is triggered automatically when both hands are simultaneously brought to the sensors located in the portals for hand treatment;
  • Effective foot treatment: two rotating brushes with automatic disinfectant supply. Rotation is activated only if the sensors are triggered at the input + the hand treatment passed at the first stage;
  • In order to save production space, the module has a shortened base, which is achieved by understating the housing (as a consequence of the rejection of steps) and using brushes with a length of 600 mm. This length of brushes preserves the maximum quality of sanitation of the feet of personnel by automating the processes of passing the module with a uniquely designed drive for the movement of brush mechanisms;
  • In order to ensure safety and injury at work, the module is designed with non-slip surfaces for personnel passage, and also has an understated housing with a minimum number of steps.;
  • The module is equipped with light elements that signal the completed stages of sanitation, as well as warn about the need to replace the cans with disinfectant solution. The canisters are equipped with sensors for monitoring the level of disinfectant liquid;

  • The control system of the module is implemented on a programmable microcontroller. Access to the production room is provided only after passing the entire cycle of sanitary treatment;

  • Entrance to the production room:

When passing through the module into the production room, the employee brings his hands to the portals of the disinfectant dosing. After the sensors are triggered, the disinfectant is dispensed and a command is given for further processing
-Disinfection of soles
After the hands are processed and the corresponding sensor is triggered (which controls the presence of the employee's feet on the brushes), the brush mechanisms are set in motion. At the same time, a disinfectant is applied to the brushes in the required concentration and intensive treatment of the soles of shoes is carried out.  Processing of shoe soles lasts no more than 2...3 seconds, depending on the controller settings.  After processing the hands and soles of the employee's shoes, the turnstile is unlocked – passage is allowed

  • Exit from the production room:

When passing through the module from the production room, the turnstile is always unlocked. The employee turns the turnstile bar, after which the rotation of the brushes is turned on with the simultaneous supply of disinfectant and water for cleaning the soles of shoes. Hand treatment is not performed at the same time;
It is possible to set up a permanent lock of the turnstile at the exit (this is relevant if there is a separation of employee flows in production (1 flow to the entrance and 2 flow to the exit from production))
