- Stainless steel AISI 304, food grade aluminum and plastics serve as materials for the manufacture of components and parts of the device. The surfaces in contact with the product are smoothly sanded. All structures and materials have the necessary margin of safety and are approved for contact with food products;
- The hydraulic system is manufactured using high-quality components and provides reliable compression/decompression of freezers and ejection of frozen blocks;
- In vertical equipment, products are placed in the form of cells, where they are subsequently successfully frozen into blocks;
- The product is directly loaded into the cells. The door structure of the equipment can be hinged or sliding (it all depends on the characteristics of the production room).
