The vertical tile freezer is designed for freezing in the interplate space without the use of block forms of animal and poultry meat, meat semi-finished products, as well as fish and fish fillets, shrimp, other seafood, vegetable mixtures, preserving the taste and nutritional properties for a long period;

The device freezes, by direct contact, food products that do not exhibit chemical aggression to aluminum. Products with a high acid content must be packed in a film before freezing

  • Stainless steel AISI 304, food grade aluminum and plastics serve as materials for the manufacture of components and parts of the device. The surfaces in contact with the product are smoothly sanded. All structures and materials have the necessary margin of safety and are approved for contact with food products;
  • The hydraulic system is manufactured using high-quality components and provides reliable compression/decompression of freezers and ejection of frozen blocks;
  • In vertical equipment, products are placed in the form of cells, where they are subsequently successfully frozen into blocks;
  • The product is directly loaded into the cells. The door structure of the equipment can be hinged or sliding (it all depends on the characteristics of the production room).
  • Tile-type fast freezing equipment is used to implement the technology of rapid (shock) freezing of food products (usually meat and fish);
  • Processing of raw materials is carried out in special blocks with a certain configuration, size and weight; 
  • Stage 1: Installation in the working position (the product is loaded into the machine when the vertical freezer plates are in the lower position and shifted using the hydraulic cylinder of the pre-pressing);    
  • Stage 2: Filling the interplate space of the device with the product;     
  • Stage 3: Freezing the product to the set temperature;     
  • Stage 4: Surface defrosting of blocks with frozen food;    
  • Stage 5: Unloading of blocks (the removal of frozen product occurs when the plates are pushed apart and the sections are raised up); 
  • The blocks are installed in the space between the freezer plates, so that the raw materials are compressed and subjected to the necessary heat exchange. As a rule, the whole freezing procedure takes no more than 1.5-2 hours
