The press frame of the PRV series is designed for pressing meat delicacies obtained by mechanical pressure using a handle and a hard clamp

The design of the press frame with folding screws allows loading / unloading the frame from above, which makes it possible to abandon intermediate clamps and significantly speeds up the process of loading / unloading the frame
