Стерилизатор ножей серии СН предназначен для стерилизации профессионального инструмента. Количество обрабатываемых приборов зависит от типа выбранного стерилизатора. Обработка инструмента производится посредством термообработки (кипячение) при температуре 85°С

Features and technical parameters

It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production. The outer surface of the metal is subjected to additional cold abrasive treatment;
The sterilization temperature and water level are maintained automatically by means of a temperature controller;
To prevent overheating of the thermoelectric heater, an automatic water level control system is installed by means of an electromagnetic tap;
The body of the sterilizer is thermally insulated;
Standard cassette: 4 knives, 1 musat, 1 chain mail glove
