The dryer of the SO series is designed to maintain and ensure the proper level of hygiene of personnel at food enterprises

Specification

It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production, is subjected to additional sandblasting of metal;
The drying process is carried out by blowing a stream of warm air;
The technological drying cycle is from 1 to 6 hours, depending on the humidity of the shoes;
Preset delay time (about 90 seconds) of fan shutdown when drying operation is completed. This is necessary so that when the unit is turned off, there is no overheating of the heating element;
To prevent overheating of the air coming in for drying shoes, a thermostat is introduced into the control circuit, which turns off the heating element when the temperature in the housing reaches 60 ° C;
Adjustable supports for the ability to adapt to the irregularities of the floor;
Inclined surfaces for the convenience of washing equipment

Special air supply valves allow drying of the entire inner surface of the shoe and stop the air supply in the absence of shoes on the valve;
The use of a gas-discharge ozonator with an automatic operation timer, switching on is performed for 5 minutes per hour;
