The pneumatic tipping lift is designed for lifting and unloading standard 100- or 200-liter process tanks (manufactured according to DIN 9797), vats and boxes in individual design into the receiving hopper of the equipment

*It is possible to manufacture similar equipment that meets the performance and needs stated in the TOR by the customer

The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production. The outer surface is additionally subjected to cold abrasive treatment;
The lifting of the container is carried out by pneumatic cylinders;
For maximum safety, the machine can be equipped with a light and/or sound alarm;
The device is controlled from a control panel located directly on the body of the lift-tipper or placed in an external centralized control cabinet

Cone-shaped guide tray for unloading;
Wear-resistant swivel wheels with brakes (mobile version);
Autonomous power supply (battery);
Light and/or sound alarm;
Protective fencing of the device to ensure maximum safety of personnel at work
