The VS-V series mincemeat mixer is designed for fast and high-quality mixing of various food products (minced meat, spices, shish kebab, cottage cheese, salads, etc.) at food industry enterprises

The vacuum design allows mixing of raw materials in an airless environment, which reduces the level of microbiological contamination and increases the shelf life of the product. This approach makes it possible to achieve a more intense and uniform maturation of raw materials, and the product gets a long-lasting and pronounced color, homogeneous and rich taste

  • The mincemeat mixer control system is based on a programmable controller and allows you to implement various mixing cycles with a change in the speed and direction of rotation of the kneading shafts in automatic mode;
  • The agitator is controlled using the operator's touch panel; 
  • Protection on minced meat mixers is achieved by blocking the rotation of the shafts with the chamber lid open and the protective casing of the unloading window open; 
  • Sensors for the presence of technological capacity, the position of the step are installed
