It is made of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production;
Container washing machine, tunnel type, with closed system of detergent solution circulation;
The supply of dirty boxes is carried out from above – above the tunnel;
Receiving clean boxes from below at the exit of the tunnel;
The machine is divided into two zones: the main washing zone and the rinsing zone with clean water;
The boxes are transported using a chain conveyor;
It is possible to adjust the guides (in the areas of movement of the box) by width (or another parameter at the discretion of the user). In case of weak contamination of the boxes, the speed can be increased to 400 boxes per hour;
The number of boxes is up to 300 pcs/hour. For more thorough cleaning of the boxes, it is possible to reduce the conveyor speed to 150 pcs/hour;
The washing of the boxes is carried out by the action of a cleaning solution on the box. The flow rate of the solution per liter of water can be adjusted (the flow rate of water in the sink is 4-5 l / min at 2 atm). The consumption of the cleaning solution depends on the recommendations of the manufacturer of the solution used (the required concentration per 1 liter of water). The main washing area is equipped with a circulation pump, which provides the supply of detergent solution from the tank to the nozzles at a pressure of 3 atm., with a water flow rate of 33 m3/h;

The cleaning solution in the washing area circulates through a heated tank (steam or electric heating, depending on the customer's chosen option). The tank has a strainer where the solution is cleaned of insoluble contaminants;

After passing through the washing zone, the boxes fall into the rinsing zone with clean water. Rinsing is carried out with clean running water supplied from the water supply network. Water consumption for rinsing ~5 l/min at 2 atm;
