The top of the VP series is designed for grinding fresh meat and meat products, as well as frozen meat up to -18 °C, pre-crushed on a block cutter or block chopper to pieces of no more than 1 kg

It is also possible to use for grinding meat and bone waste of all types of poultry: carcasses (dorsal-scapular bone, breast bone, lumbosacral part), necks (without skin), parts of wings, chicken legs and tubular bones (parts of the thigh and leg carcass)

  • The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, which meets the hygienic and sanitary-epidemiological requirements for food production. The outer surface of the metal is subjected to additional cold abrasive treatment; 
  • The screw is made of solid stainless steel, high rotation accuracy; 
  • The drive is carried out from a 2-speed electric motor, located in a closed machine body, which gives optimal protection from contamination; 
  • Technological openings for CIP washing of hard-to-reach places of the auger
  • The raw meat loaded into the receiving hopper is transported by a screw and then pushed through a system of fixed grids and rotating knives;
  • The desired degree of grinding is obtained by installing gratings with the appropriate hole diameter. The crushed raw materials are unloaded into a processing trolley
