The brine mixer of the MR series is designed for the production of homogeneous brines and marinades. The resulting solution can be used in food production (for example, when syringing meat)

  • The equipment is made entirely of AISI 304/316 stainless steel, which meets the requirements for food production. The outer surface is additionally subjected to cold abrasive treatment;
  • The device consists of the following elements:
  • -tank with a conical bottom;
    -mechanical stirrer;
    -mixing-transmitting pump;
    -funnel for filling bulk raw materials;
    -distribution pipes with valves;
    -control cabinet;
  • Mixing takes place by means of cyclic brine circulation. An engineering device (Venturi nozzle) in the pipeline allows efficient mixing of brine ingredients without the use of a mechanical stirrer;
  • Transportation of the finished brine is carried out using a centrifugal pump of the agitator, by changing the position of the corresponding cranes;
  • The mixing cycle is from 7 to 15 minutes, depending on the amount, concentration and temperature of the solution;
  • Transportation of the finished brine can be carried out using a centrifugal pump by changing the position of the corresponding ball valves;
  • The possibility of delivering the solution to a height of up to 20 m;
  • The equipment meets the requirements of food safety, which is confirmed by certificates of conformity for the materials used in the manufacture of this equipment. Components (gear motors, pumps, pipe fittings) of the world's leading manufacturers
