The mixer of the MIX series is designed for thorough mixing of brines, marinades, sauces, emulsions with various spices, additives and seasonings. The kneading organ of a special design carefully performs mixing and grinding, breaking up whole granules of proteins and seasonings. The additive prepared at such a station has a uniform consistency, does not contain precipitation and secretions
